Renting a Property in Spain

In a situation of economic crisis we are facing, one of the big problems we encounter is access to housing. Buying an apartment ownership is increasingly complicated by the loss of purchasing power of citizens and the difficulty of getting a mortgage. Therefore, an alternative is to rent.
